Currently, consents get attached to the TP and signed. However, consents do not include cost information. We need a record showing the patient's acknowledgement of the treatment and FEES. Having the signature ON the accepted Treatment Plan is critical. The ability to collect the patient's eSignature at Acceptance is preferred or a signature and date line on the printed TP.
