We use "dummy providers" when scheduling to organize our AB by Appointment Type (e.g., Consult, Extractions, etc.). Staff who've used Dentrix at other organizations are used to Post/Set Complete. Unfortunately, that workflow gives the production to the dummy providers and duplicates production if the procedures were already completed in the back. We need the ability to disable or hide the ability to Post/Set Complete after right-clicking on the appointment. Too much time is spent at EOD correcting ledgers despite all the training efforts!
