We use the "Prov." field for Appointment Type when scheduling to organize and color code our AB by Appointment Type (e.g., Consult, Extractions, etc.). When training, it is very confusing for the staff to understand that this field determines the Appointment Type & Color, instead of the Provider itself . . . which ultimately leads to time spent making corrections during the EOD process.
