When users enter payments or adjustments in the Dentrix Enterprise the ledger date has the ability to be altered. The date can be change to any date in the past or future. Users are changing this date and causing confusion for our clinics/corporate users accessing the system. We have this issue occur daily and ACI must manually clean up each occurrence per ledger.
