When you use ePrescribe all the meds the patient has ever been on (including multiple Rx) go into the patient chart. This puts into the patient file many duplicates as well as meds no longer taken. This also goes into the note with all duplicates and looks sloppy and lazy. This is a huge problem because the chart is then not up-to-date. The default should not be to keep everything. There needs to be a button at the top to chose the default. It's also very confusing to have to review the med list in this screen since we have already put it in dentrix. This is making a lot of work for staff and doctors alike.
