medical history review
Medical History Review box - make it so that it only comes up when you open the chart for a patient who is scheduled for the present / current day. We are wasting a lot of time cancelling this box when it is not indicated - like when opening a chart of an unscheduled patient in order to properly schedule the next appointment.
