medical alerts module
We are currently using Dentrix Enterprise 8.0. Under the Medical Alerts Module, it is very tedious to record multiple medications. In the previous version, we were able to hold down the "shift" key and capture/select multiple medications and click the right arrow key allowing us to grab more than one medication at a time.
The way it works now, you have to select one medication at a time and click 'OK' for each individual medication and than go back into the Module and do the same for each medication you have to enter. Its incredibly time-consuming if you have a patient with a long list of medications. This process also works the same with Medical Alerts and Allergies. This is extremely frustrating!! Why change a process that previously worked well?
