A "day timer" reminder system to follow up on problems that need on going attention until they are resolved.
Instead of purchasing a day timer to keep track of problems and notes in, I would like to see something like this in Dentrix. On the day I need to follow up on a problem, a reminder could pop up and I would have to log in to retrieve the info. It would be another layer to PHI opposed to writing everything in a day timer and having to shred it every year. Also problems would not fall through the cracks. I use a daytimer but I have staff that don't and there is a difference in who completes a task and who doesn't.
