Add a customizable feature to the appt book that alerts team members when patients have excessive wait times after being marked "ready".

It would be great to have a setting in the appt book that indicated when a patient had been waiting for an extended period of time. Practices could customize the alert. Once the status of the appt turns to "READY", the timer would start and the appt would flash or shake to let the team know that this pt has been waiting too long. Something similar to a "ring back" feature on the phone system when a phone call has been placed on hold for too long.
