Correct the case detail in the TX planner to accurately reflect benefits used when the diagnostic/preventive do not go against the max
When an insurance plan pays for diagnostic/preventive services and it does NOT apply to the max, the case detail shows that it does apply to the max, even though the insurance payment has been posted in a manner in which it was not applied to the max. The print preview of the TX plan is correct, but the case detail is not.
