Allow the ability to add more than 10 seconds for the Messenger pop up. Max time of 10 sec is too short when busy
The messenger notification alert has a max time of 10 sec. It is difficult to notice you have received an alert if you are with a patient family at the time it pops up. Should have to ability to update the notification time frame to at least 90 sec so people will notice it. A lot of messages are being missed when the notification is so short. The guide does not even mention that the max time is 10 sec. That should be documented. I had to call in to determine that when I tried to change the time according the instructions provided.
