Ability to move patient data rather than delete/addendum and rebuild on the correct patient
For patient charting corrections, Dentrix needs to work more like Epic, where there is functionality to move data (i.e., Clinical Notes and encounters) to another patient, if charting is done to the wrong patient. This is a patient safety issue that is not solved by Dentrix's current process of adding an addendum to an invalid note or transferring data via deleting and rebuilding.
