I would like to create another patient status for patients who are not allowed to be reappointed
We are a pediatric practice. We have some patients who have been dismissed due to frequent broken appointments. Can we create another patient status to show that the patient is 'Dismissed'? I know there is an 'Inactive' status but that is too vague...it could just mean that the patient has outgrown the practice. It would be great if we could create another status so that it will flag us that the patient may not be reappointed.
