Automatically populate the Medical History Review from the chart
I would like for the medical history review to automatically populate with the current patient when it is selected from the patient chart. It seem all of the other icons/modules which are patient specific do this from the chart, whether it's the ledger, document center, treatment planner, medical alerts etc. Each of these populate with the current patient. The medical history review should do this as well. Then maintain that changes to it carry onto the clinical notes.
