Would like the default provider in Patient Health Accessessment to default to the hygienst/provider that is logged into dentrix.
When the hygienist is working alone, no dentist that day, the data entered in the patient health Assessment is entered under the dentist, which creates an encounter for the dentist who is actually not seeing the patient that day. This creates a false denominator when running the meaningful use calculations.
