Treatment Planner reporting needs to have option to filter by treatment plan provider
Currently the Treatment Planner Report feature within the Printer icon does not offer to filter by treatment plan provider. It only filters by Prov 1 in family file. The Unscheduled treatment plan list has a filter for both
