More striking/visible alert on the clinical note page if there is an append on the 2nd page.
Like a pop up alert on the clinical note page that there is an important
note on the 2nd or 3rd page which if overlooked might mislead the dentist and the assistant on the most recent update regarding the pt's Tx. The double arrow on the LR side of the clinical note page is barely visible if you're in a hurry either the dentist or the assistant.
