Audit Trail to track access and changes made to Document Center

Any logged in user who accessed or modified a patient's document center files either by adding, importing, modifying or deleting a document should be logged as part of compliance.

have a report that can show who edited the document center either by employee, or range of patients, or better yet both

have the ability to recover or check who deleted doc center documents Merged

If someone accidentally deletes a full document, its gone. Cannot be recovered because the file name is lost....

View who scanned in a document Merged

It would be nice to be able to view who scanned in a document. Would be easier to minimize errors when scanning. If we are able to identify the user making mistakes can address the issue in a timely manner.
