Refund Statements sent by previous employee
Currently there is no tracking method for knowing when and if a previous employee has sent out statements to patients stating a refund is available when there was not. In our case, an employee who was told it would be their last day maliciously went onto several patient's ledgers, posted credits and sent statements to patients claiming to collect an over payment by an insurance company. Currently there is no safe guard or report to know how extensive the damage was done but we have somewhere close to 20 patients calling to inquire about a refund.
