Linking more than one code to the same continuing care item
Allow linking of more than one code to a continuing care item. For example, when you have a continuing care measure for bitewings and a separate measure for full mouth series of x-ray (which includes bitewings). When a full mouth series of x-ray is completed, we want to automatically reset the due date for both the FMX and for the bitewings.
