Lab Case Here Box in Appt
PLEASE bring back the Lab box in appointment. I quess the newer versions of Dentrix no longer have that availability. That was such a great feature because when ever a Lab Case came in we would check that box and it would show a L on the appt that everyone could see by glancing at the schedule and it let front office, back office, and Dr know that that Patients Lab Case was here and eliminated the time we all took to go search for case or ask different dept's if case had made it here before the patients appt and no one had to call the Lab to see if it was sent!! The Lab box was such a simple and easy solution and a big time saver. PLEASE bring it back!!!

I am a relatively new user, and yes! I agree. There used to be a lab box on appt. This would be helpful to show on the appointment looking at the schedule. Similar to the 'E' for insurance eligibility.
