All User Definitions should be able to be merged or purged
While it is nice to be able to have user definitions, without the ability to merge or purge them (or inactivate), they become a hardship to manage in the database. For example, medications - if multiple users create the same medication or there is a slight typo, you have no mechanism to correct this.
Please add this feature to all definitions.
