Dentrix Enterprise

I would like to see more keyboard shortcuts to improve efficiency when using Dentrix. Examples:
- Use of "Esc" key to close alert windows and other pop-up windows (like gray box when initially open the chart)
- F key shortcut to medical history
- F key shortcut to clinical chart (including being able to go into the clinical chart without closing down the clinical note)
