Add an area in the HL7 for today's visit only
We have a HL7 between Dentrix and ECW. When you are billing your patient for the day you much pick the encounter in order to link the bill correctly. In the screen where you pick the encounter you have the option to view the week, month, year or all encounters. I think there there should be a choice of only seeing the encounters for the day. Over time patients have a LOT of encounters and to pick amongst several without picking the wrong one (especially while very busy) is challenging. WIth the oppoturnity to see just that days encounter for the patient you would be able to pick the correct one!
