Encounter Reports and Patient Visits
I would like to have an easy report to run for how many visits/encounters were done per month and also how many patients were seen per month (as 2 separate reports). i.e. Patient was seen on 1/1/15, 1/2/15 and 1/3/15 = 3 encounters/month, but since it is the same patient, it would only be 1 patient seen that month.
