Eliminating columns in the Insurance Aging Report
As a Medicaid Practice, our patients have a 12 digit ID number. Only 10 or 11 show up on the form, which means I have to log into each account and go to the Insurance Page to get the last two numbers, to look up the claim from the report. Can you eliminate the Tracer on Hold column and lengthen the ID NUM colum?
