be able to add a title of the procedure completed in addition to the date for each note
Currently when clinical notes are pulled up, a series of dates are brought up and the provider has to individually review each and every note to review any treatment that was previously rendered, even something as simple as a cleaning or filling or extraction. When pulling up clinical notes (f9), it would be ideal if we were able to place a title/short summary of what was completed for that visit.
