MU Module & CQM
The MU Module & CQM documention is extremely "Clunky" We understand the metrics that have to be documented and that Henry Schein did not create the rule. The issue is how the modules were designed. There is little to no integration with the clinical notes and the modules force the user to jump to a "Medical Encounter" There is no cohesiveness. FQHC Providers will not purchase these modules as designed today. This is where HCN should have been brought to the table and asked about a viable workflow. This is not HCN complaining only. I sit on forum from all over the country and they all say the exact same thing.
