Create a new setup dialog for group permissions.
-Should be able to set a name of the group and the actual rights to each group.
-Should be able to see what users are attached to each group
Add new fields to the Setup Passwords for Users dialog.
-Option to set the user to either Group Based or Individual Based rights.
--If the user will have a uniqe role to anyone else, Individual Based rights can be used.
-If using group based, the user can be attached to more than one group.
Add an option to the Clinic Information dialog for central clinic to globally set the rights mode to Group Based.
-If this is selected, the option for individual rights in the Setup Passwords for Users dialog will be disabled or not present.
Create an API to allow the system to check whether the user is on Group Based or Individual Based rights, then check for the actual permissions that applies to the user’s group or individual permissions.
Modify the Current Rights report to reflect the new group rights feature.
Create a new table to store the roles’ information.
Create a new table to link users to the group rights table or the individual rights table.
Modify the Provider Import utility to select default group rights.
Modify all modules and anywhere else in Dentrix that would need changes due to the new group password system.
