Allergen Type in Definitions has a button labeled Readonly instead of Change or Edit
STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
1 - Open Office Manager
2 - Go to Definitions | Allergen Type
3 - Select any of the hard coded options (Animal Allergy, Drug Allergy, etc.)
4 - Add a new one and select it
RESULTS:
The buttons on the right show Add, Readonly, and Delete. The new one shows Add, Change, Delete.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
The buttons should remain Add, Change, Delete... even for the hard coded ones. The hard coded ones should still gray out the Change and Delete options.
