Trish Macey - Not being able to load the fee schedule for different insurance carriers but still charge the patient the office fee, allowing us to do the write off at time of insurance payment instead of feeing the Insurance Fee. Similar, but not the same as, hiding the PPO fee on the insurance claim.

I have not loaded any Insurance Fee schedules due to this issue of it overriding the Usual and Customary Fees in the ledger. I love this idea and find that it is set to Planned. but no date and I do not see it in any upcoming Dentrix updates. Now 2023 and still no changes?
