When you generate a Quick Letter for a patient being referred out it can not import the "Reason for Referral" field where the doctor explains the details, so this needs to be manually inserted into the letter leaving room for inconsistency and error. Quick Letters will also not import the PRACTICE email, even though it is entered in the same spot as the practice phone/address/etc. Also, if you set up the referrals from the clinical chart it does not transfer tooth numbers or multiple procedures. Seems like a ton of double work.
