This would be useful for if claims that may have gotten deleted from OM and are just sitting there and have never been sent. Bringing on new clients and clean up - this would be an extremely helpful report.
This is an extremely important tool for a practice and for Dentrix clients. This has to do with the system and should be developed right away to provide quality service all around. "Insurance claims not sent" report doesn't pull "batched" insurance claims that have NOT been "eSENT". There is no other way to know unless aging is manually reviewed. For a practice that has multiple locations this report is extremely important. This report needs to be up on the list to be created as soon as possible, can not stress this enough. Thank you
