when entering in conditions Artificial Joint Replacement- needs to include a option to select a required pop up alert for "premed" or no "Premed needed"- so they are correlated and linked together. also a prompt to indicate what was replaced and date by year. then a alert prompting for- Premed indicated- was premed taken today. and then add to chart notes- for each appointment patient is seen.
