unable to see what the "other" is that is listed- when the update Medical History pops up when the patient chart is opened. we often select other for medications, allergies, and Medical conditions whe we are originally entering the medical history- but we need to be able to see what is listed in the note - under "other" in ordre to decide if we need to change it.
