Why is this the only software that the treatment planner and the chart aren't fully linked?
We should have the option to have them linked so when a treatment plan gets rejected we have the right to have the chart show its rejected. The chart is the quick guide for all staff to see what is going to be done today from the front desk staff to doctors. They aren't going to press the extra 4 clicks to get into treatment planner. I propose that if you click in the chart you have the option to put existing, proposed, completed, there should be a option for rejected or refused. This will help with the unscheduled treatment plan report being minimized and our staff to know exactly what to expect!
