We see in a lot of cases where a patient sees the doctor and hygienist at the same appointment. When payments and adjustments are posted they are classified as multiple in reports and on the patients ledger. It becomes a challenge when we have multiple doctors under one clinic. It would be beneficial to have the ability to select a provider when posting a credit adjustment, just like when you post a charge adjustment.
