Current behavior in 11.0.20.693 is to make any payment attached to payment agreements unmodifiable ( locked ) as soon as they're posted. This doesn't allow for data entry issues, and will result in broken AP/deposit reports.
Correct behavior is to lock payment agreement payments in history at month end ( along with other payments ).
