Requesting that screen shots be included in the release notes that highlight how the system will look different.
Also when new features or feature change that impact security roles. It is really uncomfortable to learn that after we go live when it could have been addressed before our providers and staff are impacted.
This would greatly enhance our ability to ensure a smoother rollout. When staff is surprised and can't do their work effectively it gives the software a bad name. We would like a smoother upgrade.
