If you type in a searchable field you should be able to hit the enter key and have it search. You can in the 'employer field' in reference manager but not in the 'carrier field' Also enabling the arrow keys to scroll up and down within the lists would be preferable to having to constantly switch from the keyboard to the mouse and back.
