Please give us the option to either make the Chart Notes visible or hidden. Currently it defaults to have the notes hidden. Each chart required the View button to be clicked in order to see.
Ideally, we would love to have it defaulted to whatever it was set to last per user, but if that isn't possible then have it be an option in preferences per organization or clinic to default to hidden or view.

Yes, I agree! Please do this. It would be such a nice touch - so we do not have to click on <View> for every patient to see if there are Chart Notes present. Or at least highlight the <View> button in a different color if hidden notes are present.
