When doing chart review for research or quality improvement of care, it is helpful to filter the cases by certain conditions. Currently in Dentrix there is no way of filter the data by conditions (such as fracture) but only allows the user to filter with completed procedure. This feature will be instrumental for research and quality improvement and control. I have spoken with the tech support rep from Dentrix Enterprise (James) and he confirmed that this is not currently available feature and would be helpful for the users.
