We need metadata on Adds, Changes, Inactivations of Definitions, patient record components, clinical notes, etc. This includes the User/Date of initial Add and the Users/Dates of changes (all optimally but last minimally).
The ability to quickly access this information on the front end would be ideal. Perhaps a who/when button.
