When users obtain Medication History, prescribe meds, enter patient reported meds, add/update allergies, and/or add/update problems in eRx, those entries are pushed to Dentrix when the user exits eRx. However, if the user is not prepared to reconcile immediately and closes the window, they are no longer available when the user later launches the Medical Alerts routine and when the user exits from eRx on later visits.
These unreconciled items should be retained in Dentrix for reconciliation in a later effort. There should also be an option to accept or Reject All or multi-select if a user does not wish to reconcile line by line.
