We experienced an issue where the incorrect eClaims share was stored in user profiles and the only way to resolve was to delete the profile. The Roaming Profiles also contained usability settings for the application. This would be better managed in a more visible way so that we could view and manage settings via the front end application. Also opens up opportunities to define groups of settings that could be applied to groups or individual users, easing new user configuration and system stability.
