The width of office journal notes and chart notes should be increased. In Office Journal notes especially, the list of notes takes up 4/5 of the width of the screen, and the note itself is 1/5 which makes it incredibly hard to read. The note area should be 2/3 of the width of the page so we can more easily read it.
