When building clinical note Prompts, it would be very helpful to provide Conditional/Branching Logic. Once a prompt is indicated "Conditional" the specific response-trigger would open up additional linked questions/prompts. This would eliminate the need to answer N/A to follow up questions that do not apply and clean up the note.
