Our call center agents have to look up practices by name in order to open the appointment book for that practice. If there is another practice in DXE with the same city name, this can lead to errors in opening the correct appointment book.
We would like the ability to deep link to an appointment book. This would allow us to store the link to the appointment book in our call center software.
The agent could simply click the link to open the correct appointment book for that practice, leaving less room for error.
