Allow payment plans to be created for procedures that are not yet completed to the ledger. So pending Treatment can be all on one payment plan together if the treatment plan is done in multiple steps.
Also, we should be able to override the amount. This would be used, if for example, the insurance estimate is off. (Like when age limits, frequencies, waiting periods, etc apply). We need to be able to override the amount Dentrix Enterprise is estimating OR allow it not to be itemized by procedure code.
