Make it easier to change the Head of Household
It is difficult for me to understand when in our offices everyday we are working to get our employees to Not duplicate patients - then we have a software that forces us to create a duplicate patient to merge family members onto the same account due to HOH status. On each persons family file - there should be a section for Responsible party where you can choose if "self" or another patient is the RP or HOH. Otherwise, come up with the ability to merge to HOH's together and choose the one you want as head of the family.
